Workforce Innovation Board Demographics

The Workforce Innovation Board of Ramsey County is one of 16 legislatively-mandated Workforce Boards in Minnesota. Working in partnership with the city of Saint Paul, the board harnesses the power of business, government, economic development, education and the community to develop strategic solutions that address employer and job seeker needs.

The 33 members of the board are key decision makers within their organizations and experts in the workforce arena. They are committed to advancing racial equity - a commitment that starts by recruiting a diverse board reflective of the racial and ethnic makeup of the community.
