The Assessor’s Office estimates market value and determines property classification for property tax purposes. The office’s mission is to provide accurate and equitable valuation and classification of all real and taxable property located in Ramsey County.
Information and Public Records Administration
The Information and Public Records Administration division provides support to the County Assessor; Property Tax, Records & Election Services; Communications & Public Relations; and the Project Management Office.

Property Tax, Records & Election Services primarily provides information and services related to property and property records, residency and money received by the county.
