The Respite and Hotel Shelter Program for single adults reduces the number of people in traditional shelters to allow for social distancing and meet the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines.
This story presents data on mobility and mobility change in Ramsey County and Minnesota as well as the seven-county metropolitan area. Mobility data provided by Descartes Labs come from anonymized and/or de-identified mobile device locations. Data are statistically aggregated, thereby removing any possibility of identifying a single individual's movement and behavior.
Applications for emergency assistance. Funding is through the Ramsey County Investment and Support Efforts (RISE) program in 2021. The RISE program was established using funding from the federal government through the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act.
